A 28-day coaching program for groups. Included in the 4-week program, is a one-hour group session weekly, assigned action steps, and one personalized coaching conversation. Topics covered include:

- Breathe and Let Go;
- Mental Visioning and Stress Release;
- Appreciation and Gratitude;
- Discovering the True You.
