From Tired to Terrific in 28 Days

A 28-day coaching program for groups.   Included in the 4-week program, is a one-hour group session weekly, assigned action steps, and one personalized coaching conversation.  Topics covered include:

  1. Balancing Your Blood Sugar;
  2. Breathe and Let Go;
  3. Mental Visioning and Stress Release;
  4. Appreciation and Gratitude;
  5. Discovering the True You.

Currently, this is being offered as an in-person group session through the local Parks and Recreation Center in Gillette, WY.  If you are interested in offering this as a group in your organization, please contact me with details.

In-Person Speaking Engagements on Healthy Habits in the Workplace; Break Up With Sugar, Work/Life Balance, and customized topics on Wellness are available by arrangement with Julie Simon, Certified Health Coach and Transformation Specialist.
